Prague Food Festival

Chef Riccardo Lucque, in cooperation with Kenwood, has invited four star Chefs to Prague to show their art at the Prague Food Festival from May 24th to May 26th 2013. The Prague Food Festival will be held in the Royal Garden of the Prague Castle.
In the Kenwood tent, the Cooking Show will be seen daily from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. Each hour the chefs will demonstrate one recipe specially created for this occasion.
Who can you expect?
Italian chef Moreno Cedroni, holder of two Michelin stars will prepare delicious Lasagna di mare in bianco di Bufala and caprese. Alberto Faccani, holder of one Michelin star, will cook delicious Calamari ala carbonara and perfect Italian pasta Strozapretti. Stefano Ciotti, holder of one Michelin star, will bring his passion for cooking and Italian ingredients. For Festival visitors he´ll be cooking Carpaccio di Riccioli and his specialty Tagliatelle di Seppia al limone candito. Chef Federico Delmonte completes this stellar team by preparing the non-traditional Cappellaccio di Coniglio and Puree di fave e Secchi Briciola di prosciutto.
Riccardo Lucque and our chefs will prepare our specialities every day during the festival. Come to taste the Risotto Nero with Tomato Tartar, Tagliolini with Lamb Ragout and Tarragon or Chocolate Mousse with Mering and Red Currant Juice to Prague Food Festival.
