Our Chef Tomáš Černý has prepared a completely new March menu that will delight all fans of good food.
For starters, you can taste Seared Salmon with tarragon mayonnaise or Chickpea Puree with truffles and grilled sweetbread.
Pasta lovers can enjoy our Tortellini filled with smoked mackerel, peas velouté and citrus-milk foam or authentic Italian Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe with prawns, smoked calamari and bottarga.
From our main courses, try Grilled Octopus with salad of cucumber or Slow Cooked Pork Fillet cooked in the maple syrup with kale dumplings.
