New Autumn Menu

Dear Guests,

Our Chef Tomáš Černý has prepared a Special Autumn /​ Winter Menu. You can take a look at the delicious selections here in the Menu section on our web pages.

From our starters, come to taste Crispy Fried Pork Belly, Piennolo tomato ceviche and horse radish mayonnaise or Seabass Carpaccio with ginger-​shallot dressing, mango mayonnaise and red beet salad.

From main courses you can taste Slow Cooked Duck Breast with pumpkin gnocchi, winter vegetables, almond and juniper sauce or Stuffed Quail Catalan Style, barley risotto, chestnuts and sauce of sun dried cherry.
