Course: Spring recipes

Ravioli stuffed with Fontina and Ricotta cheese with fresh mushrooms and sauce of roasted nuts - Valle di Aosta
Roll of rabbit with homemade onion puree, liver and asparagus cream - Trentino, Alto Adige
